The Federation Lacrosse Varsity Prep Camp is designed to fill the gap between youth camps offered to younger players and recruiting camps available to junior and senior players. It is specifically meant for the advanced rising 9th and 10th graders or rising 11th graders that are looking to move up to varsity lacrosse next season.

For Advanced Rising 9th and 10th Grade and non-varsity rising 11th grade players.

$345 per player - Register On-line
The Varsity Prep Combine camp is designed to provide a higher level instructional atmosphere in addition to a competitive tournament for the advanced player that is ready to move into a contributing role as a varity high school lacrosse player.
The Varsity Prep Combine Camp will include three phases;
Individual Skill Sessions
Phase I: Individualized Skill Sessions: Players will be grouped exclusively by position to execute drills specific to that position. Sessions are designed to emphasize technique and cultivate lacrosse-specific muscle memory.
Situation Recognition Sessions
Phase II: Situational Recognition Sessions: In addition to learning offensive and defensive systems, campers will receive instruction in recognizing various situations involving riding, clearing, transition, face offs, extra man, and substitutions.
Applied Competitive Tournament
Phase III: Competitive Tournament: Each afternoon, teams will compete with other campers from their town and play two games per session. The tournament will culminate with the Federation Championship on the Friday morning of the combine.

12:50-1:10 Controlled Scrimmage- Implement Lecture
